For dads who need support, whether it’s a divorce case, your partner is taking your children away from you, or you’re experiencing depression or suicidal thoughts, and more in general, for boys and men who need support, please check these links:

If you want to know more, you can’t rely on mainstream media. You need to inform yourself. There’s so much material out there, it can seem overwhelming at first. This is a good starting point. Here you can find a list of websites or YouTube channels that I found extremely useful. If you are not afraid of challenging ideas (in other words, if you are not a god follower, whether your god is God or feminism), give these people a chance. You might learn something completely new and start looking at things from a different perspective. You also might disagree with some of the things they say or how they say them, and that’s fine, because we are not special snowflakes that need to be protected from ideas. Disagreement will lead you to question your beliefs. Doubting can either lead you to reinforce them or embrace new ones. Either way, it will open your mind, unless of course you’re afraid that…
